What data this site collects, why, and how you can manage or delete it.
What we collect
We only collect data you enter yourself:
- Message form: your name, email, institution (optional), topic and message.
- WhatsApp, phone and email contact form: your name, institution, WhatsApp number and email (optional), before our number and email are shown.
- Training form: your name, institution, email, WhatsApp number and your team's needs.
- TRIZ updates: your email address and your consent to receive email.
How we use it
To reply to and follow up on your request by email or WhatsApp, to prepare a training proposal and, if you subscribe, to send TRIZ updates. We do not sell your data.
Measurement and cookies
This site uses Google Analytics and Google Ads to understand visits and ad performance, including cookies and ad click identifiers. Your name, email, phone number and message are not sent to Google. Visitors who previously declined measurement remain excluded.
Storage and access
Data is stored in a database that only authorised InTRIZ administrators can access. We keep it for as long as needed to handle your request and its follow-up, and delete it when it is no longer needed or when you ask us to.
Your rights
Under Indonesia's Personal Data Protection Law (Law No. 27 of 2022) you can ask to access, correct or delete your data, and withdraw your subscription consent at any time. Send your request through our contact page.
